THE COMPANY
Consolving – Soluzioni d’ingegno Srl is an Italian management consulting firm set up on 15 October 2008 by senior owner managers with a high level of skills and experience acquired in the Italian financial sector.
Its registered office and operational head office is in Milan (Via Statuto, 10) while it has secondary office in Turin (Corso Re Umberto, 8).
Consolving has adopted a business approach typical of the most innovative service companies. It uses a network business model to satisfy the needs of its clients by:
• working directly with its professional resources
• drawing on the specialist resources of its partner firms in several niche service lines (Confiteor, Accounting Partners, Mpartners, Advisory & Finance – see PARTNERS)
• entering into collaboration agreements with consultants with particular professional skills not available within Consolving or its partner firms; these skill requirements are identified on an ad hoc basis depending on client needs (see SERVICES)
This business model offers many advantages:
• it guarantees Consolving a highly flexible operating structure, especially during times of difficulty, with a limited fixed cost burden and, on the whole, lower fees for clients
• it permits Consolving to draw on the reservoir of junior personnel available from its partner firms
• it gives Consolving freedom to enter into project based or ongoing collaboration agreements with senior professionals with a particular skills profile, depending on projects about to get started
• finally, the Consolving ownership structure - deliberately restricted to only a small number of owner managers – is able to incorporate anyone interested in adding to it by contributing capital or resources or by launching new initiatives in sectors/service lines not presently covered
